Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay at Samruddhi Stay (operated by Asmita Kokan Agro Tourism & Samrudhi Stay and Food) or using our website (samruddhistay.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made through:

• Direct call or WhatsApp on +91 99606 34897 or +91 72766 36427

A booking is considered confirmed only after we acknowledge it via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Any advance payment made without our confirmation will be refunded in full.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A small advance may be required to confirm your booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining amount can be paid on arrival.
• Accepted Methods: Cash, UPI, and bank transfer.
• Currency: All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy:

• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund of any advance paid.
• Less than 24 hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in may forfeit the advance amount.
• No-Show: If you do not arrive on your check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the advance will not be refunded.
• Peak Season: During holidays and peak season (Oct–Jan), different cancellation rules may apply. Please confirm with us at the time of booking.

To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance.

Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving License) for verification at check-in.

6. Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we request you to:

• Respect the farm environment, plants, animals, and property
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10:00 PM
• Not bring outside alcohol or non-vegetarian food onto the property without prior permission
• Supervise children at all times, especially near the farm and water bodies
• Not smoke inside the rooms or indoor areas
• Inform us immediately of any damage or issues

7. Meals & Dietary Preferences

All stays include breakfast, lunch, and dinner as described on our website. Special dietary preferences (veg, Jain, allergies) must be informed at least 24 hours before arrival so we can prepare accordingly.

While we strive to accommodate all requests, some special items may not always be available depending on season and local availability.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Samruddhi Stay:

• Illegal drugs or substances
• Any activity that disturbs other guests or the local community
• Hunting, harming animals, or damaging crops
• Commercial photography or filming without prior permission
• Subletting or sharing rooms with unregistered guests

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

While we take every care to ensure a safe stay, Samruddhi Stay is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from unsafe behavior or ignoring instructions
• Delays or issues caused by weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control

Guests are responsible for their own safety while exploring the farm, nearby areas, or engaging in activities.

10. Pets & Wildlife

We love animals — but as a working farm, we have our own cows, chickens, and other animals. Pets are generally not allowed unless confirmed with us in advance. Please ask before bringing your pet.

Also, please do not feed or disturb any farm animals without our permission.

11. Photography & Media

We may occasionally take photographs or videos of the property and activities for promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
